Sailor Seeks Horse uses Fastway and Australia Post as our shipping providers. Freight is $10 anywhere in Australia. Orders are despatched as promptly as possible but we try to avoid shipping later in the week to avoid the wine being held in storage over a weekend at a provider’s warehouse and the potential heat issues that could arise. You will be issued with a tracking number to follow your delivery.
If you are not satisfied with wine you have purchased from Sailor Seeks Horse, we will refund the purchase price for unopened bottles that are returned to us within 6 months of purchase. You must first contact the winery by telephone and we will suggest the best way of returning your remaining bottles and receiving your refund. Your parcel post costs will be refunded; purchase price of opened bottles will not be refunded.
